Halfway along, at no.s 18 & 19, you will find Paskins Town House, which is located in a grade II listed buildings.

We defy you to find a single speck of dust in this immaculately kept Victorian townhouse (actually, it's two combined and converted.) Offering a better breakfast than most of the five-star accommodation, the owner buys mainly organic produce and makes his own veggie sausages - the tarragon and sun-dried tomato ones are amazing. Four-poster beds are available.
